The Gosdens’ yard has a good record in this though Mostahdaf is penalised for winning a Group 3 at Sandown earlier in the year. He’s finished ahead of Solid Stone subsequently, however, while Irish challenger Gear Up also landed a Group 3 race at Leopardstown last month though this is tougher. DUBAI HONOUR represents last year’s winning yard and beat both Third Realm and Tasman Bay in the process of completing a Group 2 double last season. He’s gone close over 1m2f in the Sky Bet Stakes at York this year and the Haggas charge looks worth another try over this longer trip. Calling The Wind and Universal Order have plenty to find on these terms.
