In depth

Verdict

WELSH SUNRISE has never raced over a trip this short but has enough speed as she showed over 7f here last time where she hit the front and scored with a bit in hand despite idling. She's taken to get the better of Barbs Princess, who is having her first run on this track after two narrow defeats at Wolverhampton. Ray Of Joy hasn't won a race for almost two years but has dropped in the weights accordingly and looked on the way back here a fortnight ago. Clock Opera has been going well in similar grade at Lingfield and looks best of the remaining trio.
