        Verdict

        Red Verdon is penalised 7lb for winning a Group 2 contest over 1m6f in France during the summer. Sextant is fitted with a visor on his first outing for new connections and the progressive Johnny Drama won a conditions race at Southwell last week so is worth a try at this level. Joseph O’Brien sends Listed runner-up Snapraeceps and stablemate Sagrada Familia over from Ireland but William Haggas sent out last year’s winner and, having found only the 114-rated Dubai Warrior too good at Lingfield last month, SINJAARI (NAP) faces an easier task today and can go one better.
