        Verdict

        PORTA ROSA was a long way behind the winner when runner-up here in September having attempted to make all. But a couple of subsequent winners have come out of the race and she gets the nod on that form. Broughtons Fancy looks pretty exposed and was well beaten on last month's all-weather debut though has plenty in hand with Guapo Bay on these terms. Rouge Noir and Zophilly are likely improvers while Go On Go On Go On is a newcomer to note in the betting.
