Verdict

Imperial Act has been winning over a mile this year though looks high enough in the weights now while Magicinthemaking is penalised 5lb after scoring over 6f here and Gavi Di Gavi has been raised the same amount for last month’s course and distance success when TURN TO ROCK finished down the field. But that was the latter’s first outing since February and re-opposing on better terms having subsequently finished closer here last week, Ed Walker’s charge gets the vote to come good in this. Wild Dancer was still beaten a long way when runner-up over a shorter trip at Bath and Jupiter is preferred.
