Verdict
Mrs Fox was beaten over 50 lengths when 10th of 11 on debut and is best watched. Snow Shepherdess is an interesting newcomer as a daughter of Mastercraftsman and the market should reflect expectations but HARD AS NAILS sets the standard. The Black Sam Bellamy gelding confirmed earlier promise with a cosy success at Ludlow on his return from a break and looks the sort to progress further.
