It's surprising that FORTUNI hasn't made the frame in three hurdling outings as he was a really impressive winner of a very hot Epsom handicap last summer for Sir Mark Prescott and had a fine profile on the level. He should be better versed in the art of hurdling after three fair efforts and trip and ground should be ideal. Hannah Jacques was beaten a long way last time by Lovey Dovey but meets nothing of that calibre here and consequently rates the main threat. She too should relish the quicker ground. Keep an eye out for Lucinda Russell's Irish import from Charlie Swan, Oh So Beautiful, whilst Nelson's Chief and Battle Honour are place candidates.
