    Verdict

Only five runners in this but it's a tricky little contest. Perhaps Garleton is better over fences but Zaru might appreciate a switch back to the smaller obstacles having made mistakes before unseating his rider at Newcastle last time. Parc Des Princes is effective up to 2m4f but whether he'll stay the extra here must be a doubt. HOLLOW TREE usually takes on much better opposition than this and the former Grade 1 winner will probably never get a better chance to end his losing run as Embsay Crag appeared to be back in the handicapper's grip at Huntingdon last time.
