A couple of these raced on the same card at Hexham in March when Paper Roses finished runner-up off today’s mark in a handicap and Toi Storey won a maiden hurdle. The latter has undergone wind surgery since and both could figure but HIGHWAY COMPANION has the advantage of recent outings. Keith Dalgeish’s charge finished clear of the rest when fourth over 2m here last month and this longer trip should bring further improvement. Put The Law On You is fit from racing on the Flat but heavy ground looks a problem while Spirit Of Kayf drops in class for his return and Bally Conor makes his handicap debut.
