A small but competitive field goes to post for this novice chase. Cobbet, Sound Of Cheers and Winter Garden all have place claims but we prefer to take a chance on Supreme Fortune to give Mary Reveley a quick double. The gelding won well last time when defeating Didifon and in the hope that that victory has given him confidence he will be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Cobbet rates the main danger he won well at Cheltenham last time when defeating Korakor by an easy 12 lengths and a reproduction of that effort would see him go close. Sound Of Cheers could run well at a big price but his best form is on very fast ground so he will need the rain to stay away. Winter Garden is another to consider on his best form and he is sure to strip fitter here than he was on his latest run when third behind Ceresfield at Hexham. The remainder need to improve on all known form to take a hand in the finish.
