A very ordinary looking novices' chase where nothing can be supported with a great deal of confidence. If you really must part with some cash then the one to be on is probably Lucky Mick, who at least has a win to his name. That came on firm ground in a hurdle at Newcastle in April and though he couldn't follow up at Wetherby next time, a summer break will have freshened him up for his first tilt at the bigger obstacles. He is no more than a tentative selection here. Best of the rest may be top weight Decoded, though he has shown his best form with cut in the ground and he won't get that here. The rest look a very moderate bunch, with perhaps Mighty Fine the one to run into a place on his fencing debut.
