Verdict

Brian Hughes could afford to ease down KELKA in the closing stages when winning easily at Hexham last time. She can defy a penalty on that showing. Near To Tears posted her best effort so far over hurdles when second at Musselburgh recently and Oscar's Prospect shaped well enough when fourth at Newcastle on her hurdling bow. The latter is preferred with improvement expected while Floramoss has placed in bumpers and makes her hurdling debut.
