Verdict
Soul Magic will strip fitter for a run at Carlisle last month but is probably in the handicapper's grip now. Red Kingdom and Braddock Island faces a stiff task at the weights but The Thirsty Bricky should make a bold bid for his hat-trick having bounced back well from a fall at Catterick and subsequent break to win at Sedgefield and Ayr. KAI BROON has more scope, however, and did well to get within six lengths of the more experienced Degas Art on his chasing bow here. A course winner over hurdles in May last year, he gets the nod today.
