Verdict

Monsieur, Oniz Tiptoes and Bargain Hunt are three against the field in another tough race to call for punters and the narrow vote is given to Monsieur. The selection was a fair sixth in a similar race last time out behind M'lord but with this faster ground in his favour he is the token choice. Oniz Tiptoes rates the main danger as he has been in good form of late and he was a good second behind the well handicaped Il Penseroso last time out. However the handicapper has taken note and although he is sure to run well he looks vulnerable off this mark. Bargain Hunt has the ability to go close off this mark but he is hard to win with. Flaming Heck has been in fair form of late over fences but returns to hurdles off a high enough mark. Neagh hails from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Monsieur to small stakes.
