.An interesting, if somewhat low-grade contest and while the likes of Governor Daniel and Jupon Vert are sure to attract support, a chance is taken with My Galliano, who can run off a 16lb lower mark over fences than he does over hurdles. A strong travelling sort, he should be well suited by the way the race is likely to unfold (Hisar likely to take the field along), and on these favourable terms can see off his rivals Governor Daniel has been well placed by his trainer to win some poor contests of late, but there is no doubt he is better over hurdles than fences and he looks likely to struggle to give the weight away. Jupon Vert is another to come into this in good form, but he is 8lbs higher than when winning a poor contest at Warwick. Runner Bean has been running well enough without quite hitting the target and is certainly worthy of respect at this level, but My Galliano could prove to be well treated and gets the vote.
