In depth

Verdict

It's been a few years since Banyan Tree was representing the Ballydoyle powerhouse and he's passed over here. MOYNE NINEOSEVEN (NAP) took a Bangor handicap in quite pleasing fashion on his penultimate start and wasn't disgraced behind Speed Check next time up. Hitherto, he's looked better than this lowly grade and a repeat of either of his last two runs should be good enough. He's preferred to Parc Des Princes and Stonethrower. Again, both have been running in superior contests to this and the latter is seen as the main threat as it was only back in April that he was good enough to outpoint the useful Divine Intavention in a decent handicap chase at Ludlow.
