Verdict
Psycho Cat gets the confident vote here with Captain Bolsh and El Dee rating the main dangers. The selection won well on his debut and would have been third behind Canopus last time but for falling two out. This looks easier and under conditions that suit he is taken to regain the winning thread. Captain Bolsh rates the main danger as he has been placed at up to 12 furlongs on the flat and is sure to have been well schooled for this his hurdling debut so he should be noted in the market. However, the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time. El Dee was third behind Is It Me last time and is another with place claims but he has looked a short runner and is opposed with this in mind. Of the remainder, Boss Mak is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market but for the winner we return to Psycho Cat who sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
