Bauhaus is just preferred to Air Guitar and Court Emperor, with Meadow Hawk also worth a mention. The final race on the card also looks the most wide-open, and with a step up in trip today, Bauhaus is taken to finally end his run of seconds. The Richard Philips-trained gelding was sent off quite a strong favourite to break his duck at Chepstow in April but could only run on at the one-pace when headed by Loita Hills. The extra half-mile today should be in his favour, and we will give him one more chance, despite the fact that he shoulders joint topweight. The other one at the top of the handicap, Air Guitar, has won round here before but he did not find anything when a 10-length fourth to Nelson's Spice, and a bigger danger may well turn out to be Court Emperor who hung in the closing stages when touched off over three miles at Worcester. This less exacting trip should be in his favour, and he can give the selection most to do. Of the remainder, course winner Meadow Hawk is worth a mention, but Bauhaus is the pick.
