    Verdict

Pseudonym is given the nod over The Castilian, Misbehaviour and Gaelic Roulette. Nothing stands out too much here and only a tentative vote goes to Pseudonym who at least shaped well in defeat when chasing home Overstrand at Market Rasen six days ago. By Daylami out of the well-related Stage Struck, he never showed much in five outings on the Flat, but is getting the hang of things over hurdles and does not look too harshly treated at present. The Castilian has been tried in the visor on quite a few occasions, and although the aid has helped him to be involved at the business end he flatly refuses to get his head in front and so is not one to rely on at all, despite Martin Pipe having had a couple of winners over the past few days. Misbehaviour has gone up around a stone in the ratings since scoring at Warwick last March, but has only had two outings this year and ran well in very heavy ground at Uttoxeter at the weekend, so if that has not left its mark, he can again make his presence felt. Gaelic Roulette was very disappointing on her last visit here a fortnight ago and is best watched, with preference given to Pseudonym.
