Verdict

Dual hurdles winner Midnightreferendum could hardly have been more impressive on her chasing bow at Fontwell, leading from three out and quickly going clear. But she has to concede 10lb, including jockey claim, to MOMELLA and that could prove beyond her. Harry Fry's charge was a smart hurdler for Dan Skelton and has shown enough over fences to gain her first success with her latest run behind Arian, who was receiving 10lb, her best to date. She'sasupermack might have won a Class 3 handicap at Ayr but for a last-fence blunder but a 7lb rise looks harsh. The four-year-old Diva De Vassy looks best of the remainder
