    Verdict

    CANUSPOTIT (NAP) was always travelling best when hosing up at Fakenham last week. This is probably a bit tougher under a penalty but there is no real reason to oppose Lucy Wadham's eight-year-old, who is on the upgrade. Ultimatum Du Roy won over course and distance two weeks ago but is only 4lb better off than when finishing 11 lengths behind the selection at Market Rasen earlier. One For The Boss looks too high in the weights now judged on his latest fourth at Uttoxeter and Tafika hasn't won since 2012 and the application of blinkers smacks of desperation.
