Verdict
Having gained some confidence in point-to-points, WHIN PARK returned to Ben Pauling with a third over track and trip in May. Nico De Boinville takes over the reins from an amateur and better is expected. Desert Retreat has also won between the flags but is 0-15 under Rules so far. Golden Investment could figure if a wind operation has had the desired effect and Foundation Man and Troika Steppes are both well treated on their best form. Hoke Colburn has won a bumper and a hurdle and was second over fences at Worcester in August, though beaten in a seller last time.
