Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Coralbrook,Ocean Tide and Canavan and the tentative vote is given to Coralbrook. The selection won well last time out when beating Gold Flo and although he has a penalty fore that win he won with a little in hand and he still looks ahead of the handicapper so will be hard to beat. Ocean Tide rates the main danger on his latest second behind General Duroc especially as this shorter trip will suit. Royal Coburg would have a chance on his best form and if the first time tongue tie works he could go well at a price. Of the remainder Canavan is well weighted on his best chase form but he disappointed last time so can not be put forward with any confidence and for the winner we return to Coralbrook.
