A chance is taken on the newcomer YESYOUCAN. Trained by Alan Fleming, this gelding is related to bumper winners and he was a costly purchase at £80,000 as a three-year-old. Market support for any of the newcomers would look significant, but the most interesting among the other debutants looks to be Bach To Back who represents a yard in top form. The obvious players include the winners Ebony Diamond and Mawsem. The former has a first start for Charlie Mann since leaving Noel Henley, whilst Mawsem has been off since April and despite the form from Southwell not looking tremendous he would be very interesting if the money came for him once more in the betting ring.
