Verdict

Population's run at Cheltenham in October was too bad to be true. He's been given plenty of time to get over those exertions but may need another run or two. MY TENT OR YOURS sets a very decent standard on his defeat of subsequent Challow Hurdle winner Taquin De Seul at Ascot and, though a little disappointing when beaten at Newbury subsequently, can bounce back here. God's Own won on his hurdling debut at Doncaster and still has scope while Tiny Tenor was a fair fourth at Taunton. Best Director, Jeano De Toulouse, Portway Flyer and Royal Guardsman are all worth watching for future reference.
