In depth

Verdict

Blue Sans has rattled-up a hat-trick at Southwell this summer under Tom Broughton, who takes off 7lb again. Her latest win has been franked but Fergal O’Brien’s mare has gone up another 5lb and that may have opened the door for one or two of her rivals here. Pottlerath is better treated over hurdles than fences at present, as is the returning The Questioner, but EDISON KENT holds the former on Warwick running and it’s about time James Owen’s gelding was getting his head back in front.
