AQALIM, third in a Grade 2 bumper at Aintree in April, was a shade disappointing on his reappearance in a Listed event at Cheltenham but he still finished ahead of Birch Hill and should be good enough to make a winning start over hurdles if his jumping holds up. He should go well, despite the penalty, but Birch Hill's stablemate Brigadier Miller returns from a lengthy absence and both Boolavard King and Hannah's Princess may also need more time.
