BON CHIC couldn't match Thomas Brown's finishing speed at Ascot but Dan Skelton's bumper and hurdles winner was far from disgraced and her experience should see her go one better today. Kalane was placed in a Grade 1 over hurdles at Punchestown in the spring so warrants respect but Koolala is probably best watched having disappointed in a couple of runs last season. Rhythm Star lost her way at the start of the year but won’t mind the soft ground.
