Plenty of good proven form on offer here and from a shortlist of the penalised winners, RYDE BACK, Timon's Present and Princess Yasmin, it is Ryde Back who is taken to land the finale. As this is a qualifier to a more valuable pot at Doncaster later in the season, bets should be tempered accordingly as qualifying may be the main ambition for some of the field. The selection is making her second racecourse start today having started favourite on debut at Folkestone. This half-sister to the strong-stayer Joyryder took a while to warm to her task but she is expected to have learnt plenty from that run. Sugar Kane Kowa gets plenty of weight as a four-year-old filly, however there is already some strong form on offer. Queen Polie and course and distance winner Kentucky Sky give Lucy Wadham a strong hand, whilst Asturienne was an emphatic winner here in December and this half-sister to Lough Derg looks to have a very bright future. Tim Vaughan has some smart bumper horses and Moorlands Teri is one of those, but the problem with all these winners is that they all carry a 7lb penalty this afternoon. Here's The Key and Guydus are interesting newcomers, whilst Princess Yasmin and Manele Bay have both shown ability on the racecourse. Timon's Present is an interesting contender with AP McCoy booked for the ride, however in a tricky finale it is Ryde Back who can come back in first.
