Verdict

Treyarnon Bay landed a Southwell bumper quite comfortably on debut for Nicky Henderson and is a promising recruit to timber but the bumper form achieved by SCHOOL DAYS OVER in a Listed contest at Cheltenham when runner-up to Gentle Slopes sets a useful standard. The Greatrex yard has enjoyed a return to form of late and Big Jim Beam adds further spice to the pot here on the back of a convincing Wincanton bumper success while Hansard is yet another bumper winner to take note of on debut for Gary Moore. Triple all-weather winner Father Of Jazz adds further interest in a potentially-informative novice hurdle.
