In depth
Verdict
Le Forezien, Dinnie Flanagan and Silver Bow are three against the field in a tough race to call for punters and the tentative vote is given to Dinnie Flanagan. The selection has shown enough in three runs to date to suggest he can win a race of this nature. He enters handicaps off what looks a fair mark and with the booking of Tony McCoy catching the eye he looks the one to be on. Le Forezien rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Complete Outsider. That form has since been franked and under conditions that suit he will not be far away. Silver Bow is another worthy of respect now that he steps up in trip and is another that could go well. Of the remainder Kalawoun could improve for the fitting of first time blinkers but in a race where the market will be very informative for the winner we return to Dinnie Flanagan who sets a fair standard.
