In depth
Verdict
Kings Cave has been lightly raced but improvement is required. Square Viviani has only run once this term but was a course and distance winner last season and is preferred to Prince Dundee, having a first run since July. CUDGEL is 0-6 over fences but was just over a length behind Real Armani here earlier in the month and is better off at the weights. A winner twice over hurdles on the track at the start of the current campaign, James Walton’s charge can take revenge today.
