In depth

Verdict

Bandit D'Ainay will probably struggle carrying overweight but the remainder all have a chance of sorts in this, though Well Above Par was declared for the 3.36 Carlisle yesterday. Brelan D’As was returning from a short break when finishing tailed off at Newcastle. He’ll strip fitter here and is one of the few who will handle conditions if the going gets any quicker. Into Overdrive easily beat Trevelyn's Corn at Carlisle but the runner-up is now 9lb better off. Wee Small Hours is running well but his last win was more than four years ago. DOLLY DANCER is hard to catch right but did land a gamble here last year when 5lb higher and could be ready to pick up the winning thread again.
