In depth

Verdict

Ever So Much has a good strike-rate over fences and should be thereabouts again despite a 6lb rise for a recent course and distance victory. Sleep In First scored over 2m here last month and is only 5lb higher. Oscar O'scar was second last time at Southwell but had no chance against an easy winner. BOCASIEN DESBOIS won at Market Rasen in March and was still on the bridle when unseating his rider at Cartmel last time when Oscar O'scar finished fourth - he has the most scope of these.
