Verdict
Gin Cobbler beat Forestside and Saddle Pack over course and distance on his penultimate start but was then last of six finishers here over further. He may be too close in the weights to the less-exposed OUR BOY BEN, who might have preferred an easier surface but looked to be on an upward curve when scoring at Sedgefield. He has the beating of Amir Pasha on past form but Roc De Prince is coming down the weights and wouldn't be without a chance. Shine A Diamond has been out of sorts but has won over track and trip.
