Verdict

Fabuleux Du Clos has had wind surgery since getting off the mark at Newcastle so may be capable of further improvement. Les's Legacy won over 2m here in November and over 2m5f at Kelso in March but couldn’t manage another victory on a return visit to the Borders track last month and may be high enough in the weights now. STAR VANTAGE was eight lengths behind the latter here in November but is now 11lb better off. He was still in front at Newcastle four weeks ago when falling at the last and would have finished ahead of Moonlight Glory had he stood up.
