In depth

Verdict

Following a decent reappearance at Aintree, Camden George was a shade disappointing at Carlisle last month and is becoming increasingly difficult to predict. He certainly has the ability to win a race like this off his current mark however. Ferdy Murphy's team is starting to emerge from the doldrums so Le Roi Rouge could play a part and makes more appeal than stablemate Blue Shark and Brunswick Gold, who has been well beaten in both starts so far this term. OPEN DE L'ISLE hasn't been disgraced in either start this season and has dropped to a lenient mark over fences. With the ground in his favour, he can enhance an already decent record on this track.
