Verdict
Though pulled up in his last three, Ever So Much won twice here last summer and the better ground is in his favour. Roll Of Thunder was a surprise winner at Carlisle and is held by some of these of runs here last June. Kelso winner Mrs Vonn may have more to offer and Apache Pilot is a course specialist. Uno Valoroso, Reverse The Charge and Brother Scott are also course winners but Gavin Sheehan keeps faith with Market Rasen runner-up OPECHEE and it’s about time the eight-year-old was getting his head back in front.
