Verdict
The second division of this handicap chase may go the way of NO SUCH NUMBER who has seemingly been transformed by the move to Maurice Barnes, staying on strongly to score on his last two starts here. He is up no less than 20lb for the two victories but it's best to stay with him at present until beaten. He would not want the rains to fall on the evidence to date. Course and distance winner Brother Scott is consistent enough but is finding winning difficult but he does look the most likely to benefit should the selection fail to complete the three-timer off his new and tougher mark. The other of interest is Vesuvhill who was still travelling pretty sweetly on his first start for Gemma Anderson when falling and is open to more improvement after just a handful of starts over fences. Da Baba Elephant requires a market check.
