Hot 'n' Holy gets the vote in an interesting bumper, with his main dangers given as Hue And Cry and Hold That Thought. The 150,000 guineas purchase Hot 'n' Holy catches the eye here. Paul Nicholls, who has his stable in good form, trains him, and the selection has a likeable profile, being by a brother to, among others, Marello. He is an interesting recruit. Hue And Cry has a decent Flat pedigree and is very much respected, while Hold That Thought is interestingly bred, and Philip Hobbs invariably has success in this sphere so Black And Tan should be noted in the betting. Cardinal Sinn showed enough at Hereford last time to suggest that he can land a modest race of this nature. Fast Forward is another to have a look at in the betting, while Here We Go's 2004 form warrants a mention but he was well beaten on his recent return. Old Benny is another to have something to like on breeding, as has Sky Mack, who is related to a number of winners. Finally, Wind Instrument is one to keep an eye on with regard to the future and Overamorous showed some promise on her Haydock debut but, once again, for the winner, we return to Hot 'n' Holy.
