Archimboldo could be the answer to this tricky contest with Viscount Rossini, Gabier and Hot Zone the main dangers. The selection has been a bit hit and miss so far in his hurdling career but there is no doubt that he has the ability to win this. He has ground conditions to suit this evening and he could prove to be the value call. Viscount Rossini has been in cracking form of late but his best form has been on a softer surface and for that reason he is taken on. Hot Zone is certainly interesting as he was having his first run in handicap company when finishing second behind Paddys Tern on soft ground last time. This faster ground should suit and this 5-year-old is entitled to run a big race. Commemoration Day won well last time but has more on his plate today, while Gabier bolted up at Plumpton last time and he has obvious claims of following up tonight. This is quite a trappy race but if Archimboldo is on a going day then he could prove tought to beat.
