Verdict
Twice a winner over hurdles, NICENE CREED was still in with a chance when unshipping his rider after a blunder at the last on his chasing debut at Southwell. Philip Hobbs' charge looks capable of taking this with a clear round. Arkose produced a strong finish at Towcester last time but just failed to catch the winner and will appreciate today's longer trip, while Earth Planet has claims back in this company after a couple of starts in handicaps though he's yet to score over fences in 10 starts. Call At Midnight is related to a chase winner and is one to note taking on the larger obstacles for the first time.
