In depth

Verdict

CORNERBACK look the stand-out bet here and she is nominated over Catch The Stars and Ceoperk. The selection was having her first run since March when she finished fifth behind Shatabdi last time out. She travelled well for a long way in that race and she should come on for the run. The ground is a slight cause for concern as she has to prove her effectiveness under conditions as testing as this, but she nonetheless looks the form pick. Catch The Stars has got some decent Irish point-to-point form but she does have a lengthy absence to overcome here and she will probably be sharper for the run. Ceoperk is back on a fair mark, but she was a little disappointing at Huntingdon last time out. Annie's Answer is another who should strip fitter for the run and she is best watched, leaving Cornerback as the pick.
