Verdict

Greyed A, twice a winner at Fontwell on testing ground at this time a year ago, was well beaten when left clear two out in a three-runner race at Plumpton in February and hasn't run since. Alberto's Dream began his winning run at Lingfield in March off a mark of 80 and ended up 35lb higher after completing a four-timer. He looked as though he'd had enough on his final start in April but will love the conditions and more rain would help. Brandon Roc, four times a winner over hurdles, has been inconsistent over fences but would have a chance on his close second at Wetherby in March. Love The Leader completed a hat-trick of quick-ground victories when scoring here but couldn't quite cope with softer going under a penalty at Market Rasen and is up another 7lb. Sue Gardner has been amongst the winners and Only Gorgeous is running well enough to consider but FACT FLOW has improved beyond recognition from the horse beaten 16 times between the flags and last month's victory over 2m4f at Uttoxeter suggested he'll be even better over this trip.
