Verdict
Ronan McNally is well known for spotting an opportunity in Ireland so it was no surprise when VEE DANCER started odds-on when sent to Huntingdon on Sunday, where he won despite finding 2m4f too short. He's only been raised 3lb and a quick double looks on the cards. Pour Une Raison ended the last campaign with an easy victory at Warwick but has changed stables and was well beaten on last month's return at Exeter. Roccowithlove hasn't run since landing a Newbury handicap in February last year but had looked progressive there and would have a chance if back to that form. Terrierman's only hurdles victory came two years ago but he'd dropped to a fair mark at Exeter last month and produced his best run for a very long time.
