This is a good quality race and Potts of Magic is given the vote over Hello Bud and Present M'lord. The selection is really well-treated on the pick of his hurdles form and he ran well enough last time at Leicester to suggest that he should be up to getting his head in front here today. He is effective on this ground and he could win this before going on to bigger and better things. Hello Bud is a proven stayer so there is no doubt that he will relish this test of stamina and he looks to be progressing nicely with his racing. He also handles this ground so he merits plenty of respect. Present M'lord has yet to prove himself over this trip, but he will go on the ground and he does come into the race in fair form. Lord Brock has ability but he is not the most reliable and the percentage call is to take him on. Charango Star ran well last time and he should relish this trip, so he looks the best of the others. However, Potts of Magic looks a good bet here and he gets our confident vote.
