In depth

Verdict

Play By The Rules won by 11 lengths on his handicap debut at Taunton but has been raised 8lb and drops back in trip while fellow four-year-old Executive Pool was a disappointing favourite at Plumpton and has no form on going this soft. ACCIDENTAL LEGEND has done all of his winning over longer distances but will handle conditions and Uncle Arthur has been a big disappointment over timber so far.
