In depth

Verdict

Hero Again, Genghis and Lansdowne Princess are the three to look at here, with Hero Again taken to maintain his recent improvement and score here. The Scottish Champion Hurdle winner of two years ago, Genghis, has not looked to enjoy the chasing game to date, and has failed to match his hurdling form. He has had other similar chances to open his account over fences and has failed. Lansdowne Princess is still a maiden and is only modest, but she is improving judged on her third to the useful Dusky Warbler last time. She can hit the frame again. After disappointing at Southwell on his chasing bow, Hero Again showed significant improvement to be third last time. He is lightly raced and open to further improvement, and Hero Again can take this.
