In depth

Verdict

Armariver is impossible to oppose here with Gan Eagla and Nils Anderson rating the main dangers. The selection was the best of these over hurdles has reportedly schooled well at home and under ground conditions that suit he need only put in a clear round to score. Gan Eagla rates the main danger on his best form but the suspicion is he may need the run after a 406 day absence. Nils Anderson had every chance until falling in a race won by Mouldoun last time and is another with place claims but even that leaves him a little to find with the principals. Of the remainder Middleham Park is from a shrewd in form yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market but Armariver has plenty of ticks in the right boxes and he looks the one to be on.
