Any punters returning a profit from today's card will certainly have earned it as this is yet another wide-open contest. Cloudy Too made no impression in a Grade 3 at The Festival but would have been interesting here had his stable been in better form as he'd earlier given Ohio Gold weight and a beating over course and distance. Cedre Bleu is fitted with a pair of blinkers after falling at Chepstow and has to go on the short-list along with Triptico and Tony Star, having just his fifth run over fences and a good third at Newbury last time. Bocciani could also play a part but Sydney Paget might find himself outpaced over this trip as his two wins have been over 3m and further. SHOEGAZER is conceding weight all round but has been highly tried since winning a Listed event at Newton Abbot last September and didn't run at all badly in the Grade 3 Byrne Group Plate at Cheltenham earlier this month. He was making ground when a bad mistake stopped him in his tracks and he might do better on this flatter course.
